Today is the 91st day of the year. It's officially Spring, although you wouldn't know it in Boston. I just ran in a wintry mix. Terrible!
Life is good. Just got back from an awesome vacation. Training could be better though. I'm a little behind where I hoped to be at this point. On my way back from Utah last month, I got really sick. That sidelined me for a week. Mileage was low for a while, but it's finally back to 70+ again. Unfortunately, I haven't done a single track workout, tempo run, or even stride since February. I still plan to do James Joyce 10k on May 1 though. I won't be properly prepared, but it will still be a good workout. Hell, maybe it will go well. No expectations.
I have run 755 miles so far. That's 155 miles less than I wanted to run. I'll work on closing that deficit in Q2.
